  • Scientific Description
Trident plus Western HRP Substrate is a luminol-based, chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of HRP-conjugated antibody on immunoblot at picogram level. Trident plus Western HRP Substrate produces an excellent signal that can be easily detected by chemiluminescent imaging methods including X-ray film and chemiluminescence imaging system. User instruction: use 1 to 1 ratio of the mixture of solution A and B. Keep the mixture on ice and immediately apply to the blot. Shortly after the immersion of the blot with the mixed solution, the blot would be ready to proceed to the film or CCD imaging.
