Tylvalosin (Acetylisovaleryltylosin) is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic with antibacterial and antiviral properties, effective against PRRSV infection. It induces apoptosis and possesses anti-inflammatory activity. Furthermore, Tylvalosin mitigates oxidative stress and acute lung injury through the suppression of NF-kappaB activation [1] [2].
