    Umifenovir (hydrochloride) (Standard) is the analytical standard of Umifenovir (hydrochloride). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Umifenovir hydrochloride is a potent, orally active broad-spectrum antiviral with activity against a number of enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. Umifenovir hydrochloride is used as an anti-influenza virus agent. Umifenovir hydrochloride could effectively inhibit the fusion of virus with host cells[1][2]. Umifenovir hydrochloride is an efficient inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 in vitro. Anti-inflammatory activity[3].
