Vamorolone (VBP15) is a first-in-class, orally active dissociative steroidal anti-inflammatory agent and membrane-stabilizer. Vamorolone improves muscular dystrophy without side effects. Vamorolone shows potent NF-kappaB inhibition and substantially reduces hormonal effects [1] [2] .
