Vinpocetine is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor and inhibits NF-kappaB-dependent inflammatory responses by directly targeting IkappaB kinase complex (IKK), and has been widely used for the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders[1][2][3].
