Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and I immunohistochemistry. The antibody can be used as an affinity purification reagent of vitronectin from bovine plasma or serum and to quantitatively deplete plasma or serum of vitronectin. It can also be used to probe vitronectin conformation. ELISA: 1:80000 (ref. 1,2,3). Western Blot: 1:200. Immunohistochemistry: 1:50 using frozen, PLP-fixed sections of bovine tissues..
