Wnt3a Protein, Human is an activator of the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway that inhibits GSK-3beta, stabilizes beta-catenin and promotes its nuclear translocation to activate FOXM1. Wnt3a Protein is mainly used in studies on neuroprotection in ischemic stroke (such as reducing cerebral infarction volume in MCAO models)[1][2]. Wnt3a Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant human Wnt3a protein expressed in E. coli with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.
