Scientific Description
The Wnt5a protein is a Frizzled receptor ligand that displays dual functions in the canonical Wnt pathway. Through FZD4, it activates beta-catenin signaling/ together with ROR2, it inhibits this pathway, promoting beta-catenin degradation and promoting cartilage formation while preventing tumor formation. Wnt5a Protein, Mouse (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Wnt5a protein, expressed by E. coli, with C-6*His labeled tag.
