Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride activates Notch signaling pathway and promotes the expression of Hes3 and Hes5. Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride expands the NSCs pool and promotes endogenous neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) in mouse. Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride increases the spatial and episodic memory abilities of mice. Yhhu-3792 hydrochloride has the potential for the research of impairment of learning and memory associated DG dysfunction[1].
