Cysteine proteinase falcipain-2 and falcipain-3 (malarial hemoglobinases) substrate. Cathepsin S substrate. Hydrolysis of this fluorogenic peptide substrate is monitored by observing fluorescence at an Excitation of 345nm and Emission at 445nm.
