Zandelisib (ME-401) hydrochloride is a selective, orally active, non-covalent inhibitor of PI3Kdelta. Zandelisib hydrochloride can sustainably inhibit AKT phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways. Zandelisib hydrochloride can be used in the study of malignancies such as relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma[1].
