Zinterol hydrochloride (MJ 9184 hydrochloride) is a potent and selective beta2-adrenoceptor agonist [1] . Zinterol hydrochloride increases I Ca in a concentration-dependent manner with an EC 50 of 2.2 nM [2] . Zinterol hydrochloride induces ventricular arrhythmias in conscious heart failure rabbits [3] .
