Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: Cell permeabilization required. Western Blot: 1:25-1:50. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin and Frozen): For paraffin sections, dilute 1:12.5 for biotin based detection. The antibody should be incubated for 60 minutes at RT. Immunocytochemistry: Cytospin preparations. Positive control: Cell lines: Appropriate drug-sensitive parental cell lines and their multidrug resistant derivatives prepared by the same methods as the test specimens can be used as control materials..
