This antibody is specific for TPBG. It does not bind to the same epitope as 12B12C7C3.

An ELISA was performed on this antibody with TPBG protein (EP3395834). This antibody was used for flow cytometry on a CHOK1 cell line transformed to contain full-length human TPBG (EP3395834). A cytotoxicity assay was performed on TPBG-negative tumor cell line NCI-H1770 using this antibody conjugated with MMF (EP3395834).
