This reformatted mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG (scFv) format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.

Human

2E10 was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with a DNA vaccine containing the human alpha2 I-domain cDNAsequence within pVAC2. The alpha2 I-domain is expressed as a fusion protein with fragment C of tetanus toxoid (FrC-TT). The scFv was then created using a V-gene phage display library derived from RNA from mice splenocytes and isolated following selection on GST-I after 3 rounds of panning.
