The binding of this antibody to CD112 or Nectin-2 expressed on the surface of CHO cells was determined using whole cell ELISA. The cross reactivity of this antibody for cynomolgus monkey CD112 expressed on CHO-K1 cells was checked using flow cytometry. This antibody shows good ADCC activity against OV-90, MDA-MB-231, NCI-H1299, Du145 and U937 cell lines. The in-vivo activity of this antibody was checked in SCID mouse models for treating lung metastasis with MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line and nude mice models for treating liver metastasis with OV-90 human ovarian cancer cell line (US20100008928).
