This antibody is specific for CD13, with the same reactivity as MY7 and 15D6 antibodies

This antibody has been used for immunofluorescent staining of CD13 in human T cell lymphoma lines, observed by confocal fluorescence microscopy (Murray 1995). 22A5 may be useful for the diagnosis and immunophenotyping of leukaemia.
