This antibody was used to identify CD155 expression on U-87 MG and U-87 MG PVRhi cell lines using flow cytometry. This antibody was used in the generation of anti-CD155 -saporin and anti-CD155-diphtheria immunotoxins and were tested for its antitumor activity. Cytotoxic effect was determined by ToxiLight kit. The results suggested that the immunotoxins were successful in killing CD155 expressing tumor cells.(WO2019102456).
