To examine B1 and B2 cells for their ability to be rendered unresponsive by using an anti-lg tolerance protocol that is independent of receptor specificity, flow cytometry was performed on mouse splenic B cell suspensions using the mouse version of this antibody (Liou et al, 1995; pmid:7759864).
