  • Antibody Specificity
The antibody is specific for CD23. CD23 is a low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21. It has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells (it is a B-cell-specific antigen).
  • Application Supplier Note
The antibody 9D11B6E6 and the commercial antibody SP23 were used to stain B-cell lymphoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 9D11B6E6 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody SP23 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN112442124B).
