This antibody binds human CD45, the leukocyte common antigen, at epitope P2.

This antibody binds to and immunoprecipiates human CD45. In the original rat IgG2b format it was shown to trigger complement mediated lysis and synergizes with clone YTH54.12 (Ab00672) which binds a different epitope on human CD45.
