The binding characterization of this antibody to recombinant human Cd47-mFc fusion protein was done using ELISA. This antibody could also bind human and cynomolgus monkey CD47 expressed on the surface of cells in a flow cytometric assay. This antibody was also reported to block the binding between SIRPalpha-hFc protein and human CD47 expressed on the cell surface (CN110724672).
