This antibody block the binding of CD70 to CD21. This blocking effect was tested using the scFv version and it was reported that it was capable of blocking the binding of recombinant CD70-Fc to CD21 coated on ELISA plates. This antibody was also reported to have inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer cells in vitro. The in vivo inhibitory activity of this antibody was tested in mice infected with breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. It was further reported that this antibody could inhibit tumor growth in vivo (CN109021106).
