Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-CXCR4 [14D09], Camelid VHH, His-tagged,
- Delivery Days Customer9
- Application Supplier NoteThe binding of the original version of this antibody (VHH) to CXCR4-expressing viral lipoparticles was characterized in an ELISA. Furthermore, it was analyzed for its ability to compete with the ligand CXCL12 (or SDF-1a) for receptor binding by displacement of biotinylated SDF-1 on Caki-CXCR4 cells in flow cytometry. This antibody exhibited medium affinity to its target (EC50/kD of 1 < x ≤ 10 nM) and a ligand inhibition (IC50 1 < x < 10 nM). In its bi-specific construction with clone 57A07, it served a functional role (US20220242958).
