The expression of p22phox from HEK-293 cells was confirmed by western blot with the antibody (Nakano et al., 2007; PMID: 17140397). The antibody detected p22phox by western blot analysis (Burritt et al., 1995; PMID: 7622517 and Taylor et al., 2004; PMID: 15585859). The antibody bound permeabilized neutrophils as shown by flow cytometric analysis. The antibody immunoprecipitated cytochrome b (Burritt et al., 1995; PMID: 7622517).
