- Scientific DescriptionGARP (LRRC32) is a ~80kD transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the cell surface of megakaryocytes, platelets and a subset of activated regulatory T (Treg) cells. It is essential for the surface expression of latent TGF-beta on platelets and activated FOXP3+ regulatory T cells. - Monoclonal Antibody. Isotype: Mouse IgG2akappa. Clone: ANC8C9. Applications: ELISA, FACS. 50mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA, 0.04% NaN3 (as a preservative).
