  • Scientific Description
GARP (LRRC32) is a ~80kD transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the cell surface of megakaryocytes, platelets and a subset of activated regulatory T (Treg) cells. It is essential for the surface expression of latent TGF-beta on platelets and activated FOXP3+ regulatory T cells. - Monoclonal Antibody. Binds to recombinant human GARP in EIA and to cell surface GARP expressed on a subset of human FOXP3 positive cells. Applications: ELISA, FACS. Isotype: Mouse IgG2akappa. Clone: ANC8C9. Liquid. 50mM Sodium Phosphate pH 7.5, 100mM Potassium Chloride, 150mM NaCl.
