The initial binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. This antibody can identify human glypican 3 expressed on the Huh7, LM3, HepG2, PLC, PVTT and SMMC-7721 (7721) cell lysates in a western blot assay. This antibody was also used in the immunohistochemical staining of human liver cancer tissues (CN111040036).
