  • Product Name
    Anti-HNF1beta [11A1]

  • Antibody Specificity
The original antibody is specific for HNF1beta. HNF1 beta binds to specific regions of DNA and regulates the activity of other genes.
  • Application Supplier Note
The antibody specifically detected HNF1 beta protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 11A1 and the commercial antibody TA347 were used to stain clear cell renal cell carcinoma and ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 11A1 was higher than the commercial antibody (CN113087794A).
