Overview
- SupplierAbsolute Antibody
- Product NameAnti-IL-10 [9D7]
- Delivery Days Customer9
- Antibody SpecificityThe six 9D7 Fab CDR loops interact with a discontinuous IL-10M1 epitope comprised of residues 71-83 and 125-137. 9D7 non-competitively antagonises IL-10R1 binding.
- Application Supplier Note9D7 has been used in ELISA experiments in order to specifically detect IL-10 and show higher circulating levels of IL-10 in patients with acute EBV-induced mononucleosis (Taga 1995). Further, 9D7 has been used to immunoprecipitate IL-10 from the supernatants of melanoma cells in order to study the production of IL-10 by melanoma cells (Qiyuan Chen 1994). A fab fragment derived from 9D7 has been used to study the noncompetitive antibody neutralisation of IL-10 by x-ray crystallography (Josephson 2002).
