  • Antibody Specificity
This antibody binds human LAG-3. The human LAG-3 is a cell surface molecule with diverse biologic effects on T cell function. It is an immune checkpoint receptor on activated T-cells.
  • Application Supplier Note
This antibody can bind human LAG-3 in an ELISA. This antibody binds human LAG-3 with an affinity of Kd= 9.73 X 10^(-10) nM. The binding specificity of this antibody to human LAG-3 expressed on the surface of HEK293 and activated CD4+ T cells was done using flow cytometry. This antibody binds hLAG-3 expressed on the surface of HEK293 cells with an EC50 of 0.201 nM and activated CD4+ T cells with an EC50 of 0.00595 nM. This antibody can also effectively block the binding of LAG-3 and its ligand MHCII (HLA-DR) with an IC50 of 4.701 nM. The tumor suppressive effects of this antibody was studied in A375 human PBMC model (CN112166125).
