To investigate the differentiation stages of human cd T-cells in cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMCs were stained for flow cytometry using the mouse version of this antibody (Wistuba-Hamprecht et al, 2014; pmid:24756989). To investigate the role of gammadelta T cells in cancer, PMBCs from patients with EBV-associated Hodgkins lymphoma were used for flow cytometry using the mouse version of this antibody (Beucke et al, 2020; pmid:31967358). To investigate the ability of antibodies to cross-react with other species, flow cytometry was performed on the blood of 33 species using the mouse version of this antibody (Conrad et al, 2007; pmid:17654651). To determine a link between CD56 expressing dendritic cells and gammadelta T cells, flow cytometry was performed on human blood cells using the mouse version of this antibody (Gruenbacher et al, 2009; pmid:19762486). To investigate the immunophenotype of TCRgd1 T cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, mononuclear cells were isolated from the blood of TCRgd+ T-ALL patients which were then stained using this antibody (Langerak et al, 1999; pmid:10025894). To determine that tal-1 deletions are mediated via the same deletion mechanism as TCP-delta gene deletions, mononuclear blood cells from T cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia patients was stained using the mouse version of this antibody (Breit et al, 1993; pmid:8459224).
