- Scientific DescriptionOX40L [CD252; TNFSF4] is a membrane-expressed cytokine that belongs to the TNF ligand family. It acts as costimulator through interaction with its ligand OX40 on T cells, stimulating T cell activation, proliferation and cytokine production. OX40L is expressed on antigen presenting cells including B cells, dendritic cells, mast cells and endothelium. - Protein. The extracellular domain of human CD252 (aa 51-183) is fused at the C-terminus to a His-tag. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.01EU/microg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized from 0.2microm-filtered solution in PBS. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). OX40L is a membrane-expressed cytokine that belongs to the TNF ligand family.
