  • Scientific Description
    This gene encodes a member of the type II transmembrane serine protease class of the trypsin superfamily. Members of this family are composed of multiple structurally distinct domains. The encoded protein converts pro-atrial natriuretic peptide to biologically active atrial natriuretic peptide, a cardiac hormone that regulates blood volume and pressure. This protein may also function as a pro-brain-type natriuretic peptide convertase. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Blank control:HepG2. _x000D_ Primary Antibody (green line): Rabbit Anti-Corin antibody (bs-7685R) _x000D_ Dilution: 1ug/Test; _x000D_ Secondary Antibody : Goat anti-rabbit IgG-AF488_x000D_ Dilution: 0.5ug/Test. _x000D_ Protocol_x000D_ Hela cells were incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with Corin Polyclonal Antibody(bs-7685R)at 1:100 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).
