- Scientific DescriptionChemical. CAS: 877399-52-5. Formula: C21H22Cl2FN5O. MW: 450.34. Synthetic. Crizotinib is an anticancer drug. It is a potent, orally bioavailable, ATP-competitive inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and ROS1 (c-ros oncogene 1). Selective for c-MET and ALK against >120 different kinases. Displays antitumor efficacy in multiple tumor models; inhibits c-MET-dependent proliferation, migration and invasion of human tumor cells in vitro. Orally bioavailable. Crizotinib was approved for treatment of a subtype of nonsmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with ALK fusion mutations. - Crizotinib is an anticancer drug.
