ERRalpha antagonist-1 (Compound A) is a selective and high affinity agonist for estrogen-related receptor alpha (ERRalpha). ERRalpha antagonist-1 inhibits interaction of ERRalpha with Proliferator-activated Receptor gamma Coactivator-1alpha (PGC-1alpha) and PGC-1beta, the IC50 values are 170 nM and 180 nM, respectively[1].
