Recognizes human FOLR1. In Direct ELISA, shows no cross-reactivity with recombinant human FOLR2, 3 or 4. Species sequence Homology: mouse, 83%.

ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/mlFlow Cytometry: 2.5ug labels 10e6 cells. Tested in MCF-7 cells.Western Blot: 2ug/ml detects human FOLR1 in human cortex tissue and HeLa cells under non-reducing conditions only. Immunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Tested on immersion fixed MCF-7 cells.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher..
