Fostriecin (sodium) (compound 1, CI-920) is an antibiotic with a cytotoxic activity. Fostriecin (sodium) is also an inhibitor of protein phosphatase including PP4 ( IC 50 = 3 nM)and PP2 ( IC 50 =1.5 nM) [1] .
