    GSK5182 is a 4-Hydroxytamoxifen analog and a highly potent, selective, orally active estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRgamma) inverse agonist with an IC50 value of 79 nM.GSK5182 does not interact with other nuclear receptors, including ERRalfa and ERalfa.
