ChIP analysis of sheared chromatin from 10? HeLa cells using GTX60334 Histone H4K5K8K12K16ac (acetyl Lys5/Lys8/Lys12/Lys16) antibody - ChIP grade. A titration of the antibody consisting of 1, 2, 5 and 10 microg per ChIP experiment was analysed. IgG (2 microg/IP) was used as negative IP control. QPCR was performed with primers for promoter of the active gene EIF4A2 and for a region 1 kb upstream of the GAPDH gene, used as positive controls, and for the inactive MYOD1 gene and the Sat2 satellite repeat region used as negative controls.
