Overview
- SupplierLifeSpan BioSciences
- Product NameIHC-plus(tm) BACH1 Antibody
- Delivery Days Customer23
- Antibody SpecificityA BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with BACH1 protein from human (100% homology) and chimpanzee (92% homology). Expect reactivity with isoform 1 and isoform 2 of BACH1. Reactivity against BACH1 homologues from rat and mouse is not expec
- Application Supplier NoteImmunohistochemistry: LS-B332 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B332 was determined to be 5 ug/ml.. ELISA (1:10000 - 1:44000), IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1:500 - 1:2000) Immunohistochemistry: LS-B332 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
