    Bcl-2 antibody can be used for detection of Bcl-2 by Western blot at 1 to 4 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples and Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 23, 26 kDa Observed: 22 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (1 - 4 µg/ml) Bcl-2 antibody can be used for detection of Bcl-2 by Western blot at 1 to 4 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples and Immunocytochemistry in mouse samples.
