CARD8 antibody can be used for detection of CARD8 by Western blot at 1 -2 ug/mL. An approximate 45 kDa can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples.
