Recognizes human CD40 cell surface antigen, a 48kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes and weakly by some monocytes. CD40 is involved in the process of B cell selection in germinal centers and is vital in T cell-B cell interactions.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 20 ug/ml. Use 10 ul to lane 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 1-10 ug/ml. Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections prior to staining. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 ug/ml. Positive control: Human tonsil.. Flo (20 µg/ml), ICC (1:10), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), IP Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
