Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 20 ug/ml. Use 10 ul to lane 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 1-10 ug/ml. Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections prior to staining. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 ug/ml.
