GPAT1 antibody can be used for detection of GPAT1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in mouse and rat samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse and rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 87, 91 kDa Observed: 92 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC, IHC-P (5 µg/ml), WB (1 - 2 µg/ml) GPAT1 antibody can be used for detection of GPAT1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
