IKK epsilon antibody can be used for detection of IKK epsilon by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An 80 kDa band should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunohistochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 80 kDa. ELISA, IHC, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB (0.5 - 1 µg/ml) IKK epsilon antibody can be used for detection of IKK epsilon by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. An 80 kDa band should be detected.
