RICK antibody can be used for detection of RICK by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. An approximately 60 kDa band can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human and mouse samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 60 kDa Observed: 58 kDa.
