SIRP alpha antibody can be used for Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. 75 - 110 kDa bands should be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunocytochemistry starting at 1 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples and Immunocytochemistry in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 75 - 110 kDa. ELISA, ICC, IHC, IHC-P (2.5 µg/ml), WB (1:1000 - 1:2000) SIRP alpha antibody can be used for Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/mL. 75 - 110 kDa bands should be detected.
