SOX10 Antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SOX familiy members.

SOX10 antibody can be used for Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 10 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 51 kDa Observed: 54 kDa. ELISA, IF, IHC-P (10 µg/ml), WB SOX10 antibody can be used for Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL.
