Approx 20kDa band observed in Human Ileum lysates (calculated MW of 20.4kDa according to NP_055258.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 microg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
